I just recently got an iPhone but I deleted the Email that it came with it because it was a MobileMe account and I didn't have one and the notice "You do not have a password set up" was getting annoying so I deleted it. Now, iTunes won't let me sync my phone because this screen comes up:

and I can't get rid of it. I do not plan to make one because it costs $99 and now I can't sync. Someone please help!!
