It's on the right side, and it keeps like cutting/splitting (like when your lips are dry- best example i can think of lol) is it because of lotion, masturbation, etc? I dont like it because i dont want a patch of flaky skin on my penis that will constantly break, flake and split >.< It just started happening sooo any advice is appreciated
