If it is truly a boil, it should be lanced by a physician esp since it is on your face. Other parts of the body you could possibly steam it with a very warm compress and then try to drain it yourself thru manual manipulation or a pin stick...but on the face, I'd be leary of scarring so would head to the doctor - dermatologist if possible.
