a friend of mine is having a terrible time with neighbours who keep letting their 2 dogs foul in her garden. she is a single parent and feels intimidated by these people who are rather rough shall we say!!!! the dogs have even been in her house. she tries to speak to them civally but they yell and swear at her. 5 months ago she agreed for them to take a deviding hedge down for them to do some work on their house,and they have done the work and theres been no fench put up to which they agreed!!!! im worried for her. HELP
