Can anyone give me some workouts on how to get powerful hips. My swing is already powerful cause my arms are so powerful cause i go to the gym alot. But i need power in my hips, lots of it, to make my hits stronger, are their anyworkouts for my hips and abs to make my rotations of my hips and torso stronger? I checked the net if there wer any and was unable to find hip rotations strengthening workouts.
