I use Blockbuster.com to rate and keep track of movies I've watched. I liked it because I didn't have to be signed up for their rental service to rate movies and get recommendations (unlike Netflix, where you loose access to everything when you discontinue service). I can no longer find the link for personalized recommendations. Did they discontinue giving you recommendations when you aren't sign up for the service?
