how to get paint scratches off car?

i barely hit a garage today and it left white scrapes on my bumper. any easy quick ways to buff those out? special materials?
i also knocked the side mirror off a little. is there any special adhesive i can get and somehow glue it back and still look stock?
 
You might try some light rubbing compound known as fine cut cleaner. Rub it in real good, then buff it out. Works wonders with fine scratches on paint jobs. :)
