How to get over shyness when taking a test in band!?

i play the alto sax and everytime theres a test i freak out and squeak but when were not i play so good everyone says! i rlly hate that feeling and as much as i try it comes! plz help! :) i shake and start to get goosebumbs!

My band teacher always told us to take a few deep breaths before taking the test.
Breathe deeply a few times until you feel comfortable.
If this doesn't help much, try playing in front of people more often (like family and friends) and slowly, but surely, build up your confidence
