Im wondering what good books there are out there that will tell me how to get my novel published, how to find a good manager (if I would even need one), finding a good publisher, negotiating contracts (if they actually do contracts or just book by book basis), etc. I just want to know the basics and if I could actually learn enough to be my own manager/promoter, then rock on. But I have no clue how the publishing business even works to begin with, so if anyone can help me with that too Id appreciate it. Thanks for any help.
