i would like to get my toyota supra to get over or around 200mph kinda like the zr1 but was wondering what mods i would need and arodynamics it would take to keep me on the ground around how much would this run me
my supra is 1998 twin turbo

find a shelby Mustang with a trailer hitch and hook up a tow bumper to your car.. cheap and easy..
Truthfully when you go over 135 mph the whole car comes into play, like the suspension and aerodynamics..just go look at a 200 mph car, and you will see what is needed.. believe it or not lots of high hp cars do not hit 200..it is alot of mods and you would be better off just getting the car that is enineered for that kind of speed..look what KITT has to do in order to go that fast.. and just look at a Nascar body and all that enatials.. they ARE 200 mph cars..

Put an American V8 in it and change the differential gears. Functional spoilers, not decorative ones will keep in glued to the road. Suspension mods will help, too. Hopefully the chassis is strong enough to handle the aded stress of higher power and speeds.

depends on what year supra it is and whether it has no turbo, 1 turbo or a twin turbo stock. so I can't really help you with price without that info.

If you have the twin turbo supra then you can put 5,400 down on a new turbo system and have 1000hp. But with that your going to probably have to install a roll cage to hold it together and a new transmission.

The best thing you can do is go on a supra forum and ask the guys on the site how much it will cost and what you will have to do.

That inline 6 motor is capable of handling so much power, and the whole car is so well made that you probably won't have to upgrade as much as other cars to keep up with the power. Thats why the supra is such a popular car to modify....
