My son will be two in July is a very good eater minus eating his veggies. He refuses to eat his veggies. He is so anti-veggie that if it is green he will refuse to eat it (jello). Also, I have tried to mix it in with his favorites like spaghetti and he has become such a pro that he can swallow the good stuff and spit out the veggie whole. He eats a very good diet besides that, I only give him 100% whole wheat bread, and whole grain rice and noodles which he devours. He loves protein lean ground beef, all fish, peanut butter. He LOVES fruit he gets about 2-3 servings a day. Should I be worried? I have tryed v-8 fusion and the pedisure drinks but with three other boys that stuff is not the cheapest. He gets veggies on his plate at dinner and it always ends up being a floor decoration. Any tips or stories of your own?
for the suggestions on force him to eat it he is two not six. That works on my older two. If i hide it or smash it up and mix it he will not eat it.
