My phone is stuck in headset mode and dont know how to get it of i have contracted Cellularsouth and too it to the store and they dont know how to fix it i have dont all the master resets and soft resets and its still not working. I can call people but i cant hear them and they cant hear me. Please help me i just got this phone about 3 1/2 weeks ago.
