Hi! Okay, I am a swimmer and have been swimming for 7 years. I am one of those people that does not like to be physically pushed hard, I like to take my time and go slow. Lately, I've been feeling odd. I feel like I have no motivation to swim hard so I can get better. I am not sure that I want to go to college on scholarship with swimming. I love swimming so much and all the people on my team, but I have no motivation anymore. I have had some hard sets lately and I have not been able to work hard because I do not really want to. I just want to know what your suggestions might be. Should I talk to my coach? Should I just take a break? I am not interested in being re motivated because I work hard in so many other things I guess I am tired of working physically hard. I honestly do not know what to do. Thank youn and God Bless!
