Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 3000, brand new. I followed the instructions but mouse cursor does not move on screen. Plugged in receiver, put in battery, all lights work, computer recognizes mouse connected, downloaded latest software from Microsoft site, pushed buttons to sync, green light on receiver shows that sync is correct, but no matter what I do, reboot, restart, different USB port, the mouse will not move the cursor on the screen. Regular mouse plugged to same port works fine.
