How to get into College when...?

You need to take a year off and you've never taken the SATs or ACTs. I recently graduated and I still don't know what I want to do. My family basically has no money for anything. Most scholarships require a field of study or a college that you've gotten into. I haven't applied to any colleges because I didn't know what to do or even how to get the scholarships. It's basically a vicious circle. I don't know what to do. All I know is that I'm good at math and science. Also, I've always wanted to work with animals. I'll be working a minimum wage job maybe starting in July, but I'm using some of the money to get my license and a car.
 
you can always go to a local community college to start off and see what you like. the good thing about them is that theyre very cheap and pretty usually close. look up some on the internet and see what majors they have. you could also check out the financial aid page and see what you need to do.
