How to get guns and ammo if you ran out of ammo in the mission in Ghost Recon

Advanced Warfighter 1(PC Game)? also how will you heal yourself if your life is decreasing during the mission? I mean what key do I have to press or type during the game/mission?please answer, I'll appreciate it so much, thanks.
