How to get fit for the australian sasr with a home gym??????

G'day guys,
im keen on joining the australian sasr and would like to know how to prepare myself for the physical side of selection and following tests. i only have a home gym with a barbell a pair of dumbells a bench a boxing bag, i also have an ALICE pack if that would help with pack marches. i was just wondering wat sorts of exercises ( pushups situps pullups runs bench press bicep curls deadlifts etc.) i would have to do and how many sets and reps or distance ect. i would need to do to prepare myself for the selection test. i have read through the 13 week program but dont have all the equiptment needed for that preparation. also i have read they do breathe holding test for 25 metres of a pool and was just wondering if thats true and how to prepare for that aswell
any help would be greatly appreciated
