how to get diesel from one car to another?

Hello,

I am selling my diesel car and i want to transfer most of the fuel to another diesel car. Please could you tell me how to do this.

They are both Rover 75's if this makes a difference.

Car with diesel in: Rover 75 Connoiseur SE Auto 2.0 CDTI
Car for diesel to go to: Rover 75 Club CDT Tourer
