I'm reading that we have to take as much vitamin c as we can, which will pull it out, and take a reasonable amount of zinc-without going too high, as it can make you sick by going too far. But vit c is fine to go into high dosages.
Oh, and also glucosamine with msm together or apart, both pull copper out. I'm just taking high doses of MSM by itself asIve read detoxing that way works. But unsure of glucosamine dosages, never even tried it.
