How to get back on track with my sleep cycle?

So I have been staying up til about 4 everynight working because this is finals week at my college. I also work better at night when there are fewer distractions. Anyway, now finals are almost over and I only have 1 more paper to write. I took a nap today after I finished my final in the afternoon and did not wake up til 11 PM! Now I'm wide awake, and feeling very hyper. What do I do to get back on track with my sleep cycle?
