How to get back into military after medical issue?

Ok so I was in DEP and went thru meps and the asvab. Scored a 93 and was given a job as tactical aircraft mechanic. I was to leave for basic dec 6th 2010. Before meps I had had chest pains but they went away and the doctor said I was fine and they couldnt find nething wrong with me. After meps they came back and I never mentioned anything about them at meps because I belived they were gone for good. After they came back I told my recruiter that I may not leave because I didnt want them to hinder my preformance in basic and didnt want to get half way thru and then have to leave because of them. I tried on many occasions to get a medical release sent to my recruiter ftom my doctor but they never sent it. After my ship date I got the letter from the airforce leasons office stating I was releaved of my duties. Now my recruiter told me that since I didnt get the papers to him that I wouldnt be able too join again. I was wondering if there was any way that if I got a new medical evaluation and got cleared now that theyre not happening if I could somehow get back into the military.
