How to get another phone? verizon?

My current phone sucks(env3) it always turns off while im talking on it. its annoying. can i complain enough to verizon about it enough to give me a new model of a phone?
 
i am guessing u have not had it for that long if less than 2 years its till under warranty if u call i have the Env2 they have sent me 3 new ones cuz if u press on the battery it shuts off as well
 
You can always trade in your phone for either another one of the same type or of one of a newer model. If you have a contract that you can turn in your old phone after a year or 6 months or whatever, you can turn in your old phone for a completely new one. My bro just traded in his Verizon Voyager for the Droid, by the way the Droid rocks, im about to get one.
