how to get an athletic body rather than a gym body while trying to loose weight?

im 6'2 tall an 245 pounds and i do a lot of jogging like almost 1hour and 40 - 50 mins (i like to jog) and i diet and do some weight lifting
im trying my best not to get a muscular body builder physic
i want a slim athletic body with some muscles kinda like male models
i also have broad shoulders
