I've been looking all over the place about trying to get an apprenticeship but I can't seem to find one. Maybe it's because I know completely understand how it works. Do I have to contact a union and ask to do an apprenticeship with them? I'm not sure who to speak with to get the ball rolling. I live in Illinois and I'm trying to choose between an Mason, HVAC or a plumber.
