how to get a guy to kiss you under these weird circumstances..guys opinions too?

ok so my best guy friend and me are really really close, but i know he doesnt like me that way, but i do. well not that much, because were so close that liking him as a boyfriend is just a little something in the back of my mind but overall i just care about him a lot as a friend. he likes to stand close to me and lean against me and things but thats beacsue hes one of those really confident, i dont care what people think about me, but not cocky guys who finds it really easy to talk to girls and things, and also because i think its because his ex recently moved and he misses the feeling. and i dont mind because well its like getting constant hugs haha. and sometimes when were alone and sitting on the couch or something well lean against each other and talk like i dont know, but like in the movies the stereotpyical way that couples do and stuff,(like in the scenes when theyre alone in the room and cuddling and talking) but i know hes not trying to get at something becasue i know him too well and know hes not doing that, and he knows he can just feel grumpy or make up for missing his ex and touch me because were so close and he knows ill understand and wont mind him being grumpy and stuff. but anyway we hang out a lot, and next time we do, well im kinda hoping something will happen. and besides flirting, without me flirting too much do you think i could make it happen? and he will be a bit more then tipsy.

i know from you guys reading this, there will be a lot of answers like ..he sounds like he likes you! and things like that, but really, im 10000% positive he doesnt. so just please please please help me, and try to ignore the posibility that he might like me. answer it like the science teachers always tell you to...like theoretically, in a perfect world where air resistance or seomthing doesnt exsist haha. odd comparison, but true, just ignore the idea of him liking me, just like you would air resistance.

Just be confident and do it. If he doesn't liked you HE won't make a move. He also maybe hiding feelings because you're such a good friend to him he doesn't want to screw things up.

I'd say your safest bet is to: A. If he's more than a little tipsy, give him more drinks. Then ask him if he likes you. People aren't really able to lie well when drunk. OR Make a move on him yourself.
B. If he's sober, offer him drinks. See plan A.
C. If you have a big conscience and are a relatively blunt person: Make a move on him yourself.
