wud u people suggest how to get loan for starting net browsing center and computer portable devices sale business.
whre i shud start to geta loan regarding this, from a govt sector(sidbi,sidco etc) not from private bank.
Or any idea how to approach them officially.. what is the 1st step..
i cudnt get an spark..
