so i wanna get a bike..like a ninja 250. something small but still plenty of power for college. so what would i have to do to get a permit/license. i want to get one soon so i can get used to a bike before i leave. im unfamiliar with this and i have a car license but now what? any help or how to guides will help a lot. thanks.
