The driver side window won't go down. It used to make a grinding noise, but would only go down a couple of inches. Now, when you push the button, it doesn't make any noise or mover at all. My brother tried to get the door panel off, which he can get all of the plugs popped out except for the one in the middle of the door handle. This is the only one he can't get for some reason, and it looks like its going to break if you force it. Does anyone know how to get that plug out so we can get the door off and fix the window?
