how to gain height? any diet , exercise...which ACTUALLY works?

My exams are just over and i've nearly 2 months as my summer holidays..
I am 14 3/4 yrs old and just 5'4!!...This makes me worry a lot cause my friends are taller than me.
I need to gain height!
