How to flash nokia dead mobile ?

Hi friends,
i have nokia x3, which is now blinking white screen.

is there any software to flash (eg. Xs++ for sonyericsson )

if u can, please let me know,

how to connect dead moblie with the application. And how can i recover my mobile with procedure.
