How to flash BlackBerry 7100t and flashfiles needed...!!!!!!

Hi mates
H r u?I have a blacBerry 7100t which hangs on start up only shows t mobile logo not other thins and lights still on even after 30 mins.....I think its sw problem and i dont know how to flash it and i dont have its drivers too......So plz help me to flash it...Plz put flasher and flashes too....And cant remember to upload the drivers for it............Or if any other procedure to format it manuall (with key combination) so also described it.......Plz help me.........I m waiting for.....Ok'

PLEASE, IS THERE ANY WAY TO FORCE THIS PHONE TO FLASH MODE?

CO'S THIS PHONE ONLY BLINK THE RED LIGHT NOW AND NOT RESPONDING TO THE PROGRAM TO FLASH BUT THE PC DICTED IT

PLS ANY WAY TO PUT IT IN FLASH MODE I GUESS THAT MAY BE THE PROBLEM. THANKXXXXXX

I've wait for my BB7100t about 130mins. It's happenned after I've restore my database from my old 8700. 30 mins, just a little.
try to wait 'till device load ok. The go to Settings, Secirity Options, General Settings [menu] and the selec "Wipe handheld". Your device will be speedup. U must backup mportant data first, address book, sms, email...etc.
If U still need updrage device, can find any 7100 OS software, (not include 7100i).

how to but device in flash-mode? here's solution.
-remove batterry
-star apploader
-click next, and then U'll see empty connection box.
-put batt into BB and plug USB-cable within 1 second, U will see Pin:unknow at connection box.
-click NEXT before Pin detected


Before all step, if U want to "flash" new OS to Ur BB, U must goto C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader and delete/rename file named vendor.xml
