How to fix wobble in a bike's front wheel?

I have an old BMX bike that had its front wheel removed and put back on again to facilitate easy moving.

The problem is that the wheel, despite being bolted-down securely, wobbles when you spin the wheel.

How can this be fixed, if at all? What would it cost?
 
It might just be out of true, in which case, take it to a bike shop. It should be under $20 (at least based on my local shop rates). Look at the article by bike guru Sheldon Brown for more info.
 
It sounds like it is damaged, because my rear wheel had the same problem and i had to buy a new wheel. To check if it is dameged check the side whall off the wheel, (put your fingers around it slowley and you should find the damaged bit if it is damaged)
 
sounds like its buckled, if its fitted correct so would need trueing as long as not damaged , try shaking wheel side to side if theres play could be bearings or even cone loose ....... cost ?
