how to fix touch screen mark on chines nokia N97

There is a mark on the screen how can this be removed it looks like snake head and neck this prevents a touch screen from working

Which plastic you are talking about here there is that of one labeled N97 and that by removing this means destroying the show of the hand set for your information that mark which prevents the touch screen to work now it has turned the shape to the shape of an amoeba

After removing the plastic and placed back with confidence it works fine is this beacuse of air or what causes this. when put back the plastic it is ok but how long does this solution works B4 it back fires I mean a customer is charged and then comes with same problem within few weeks
