How to fix Sony Ericsson T715 screen problems?

For the past few days, my sony ericsson screen has been turning black randomly. And today when i turned it back on the screen was really wierd, black background with the left hand-side full of loads of concentrated coloured pixels and the right-hand a low concentration of coloured pixels. After a while it went to the normal menu, but the pixels seemed to be buzzing or fluttering (possibly the refresh rate). For a few seconds after this it seemed to be working fine, then the screen became sluggish and finally stopped responding to the buttons i pressed...although the phone itself seemed to be responding normally (vibrating after pressing the menu button and moving, even though the screen stayed at the inital display)
