how to fix small car dent w/o bringing it to the bodyshop?

I just got a small dent above my rear tail light (in between the corner, and on a metal surface) . There is no broken paint. Can it be pop back w/o damaging the paint? What could be used easily to fix it?

I searched it up and i found using that using a hair dryer, dry ice, plunger, etc..would help. Well I thought a hair dryer would only work on the bumper(b/c it's plastic). I dont really have dry ice so any ideas??
 
I don't think so, if it is under an inch it will probabably crack the paint.
You could use a screw, drill it in and pull it out, and use touch up paint
