I had the same problem!
Did U use an orig. fubu, am I right?
Just upload your latest eeprom to the phone with unisiemens.
Phone will turn on correctly.

Well, original means your original softawre which was in your phone when you got/bought it. If you have a Wrong Software problem just follow the tips given above.
But if you are searching for a clean software just type fubu sl45 v56 in google.
