So for years, i've had this problem with my back. And my dad has it too. We tend to slouch. Bringing the shoulders forward to create this hump on our back. My dad is very tall and thats what he thinks causes his slouch. But im 5.4 and 15. This slouch causes my boobs to look smaller and my stomach to look bigger. And i try to teach myself to sit up straight, but its hard to keep that in conscious 24/7. I know yoga can help, but i was wondering if there is any other exercises besides that, that will help my back muscles keep a straight posture. Something simple, like daily push ups or sit ups.
