How to fix lights on 2003 Yamaha R6?

Im thinking about buying a used 2003 Yamaha R6 that had its mirrors and turn signals removed. Also the headlight doesn't come on or the tail light (but the brake light works). How hard would it be to fix all of this and can I easily do it myself, or is this a bigger problem than a few loose wires?
Wires are there, don't know about fuses. Turn signal lights on dash blink when you use it
 
That completely depends on whats existing or not. Are the wires there and just not hooked up. Are fuses blown? Make Sure the wiring harness is completely in tact. There should be two harness that run down to the headlights, and 2-3 wires for each signal on most models. Some harness are might be cut, but that's up to you to decide.
