Smart phone froze. Pulled battery, put back, phone unresponsive and wouldn't turn on. Plugged in and it turned on automatically but will not boot. HTC screen cycles on and off constantly. Tried soft and hard reset. Never upgraded or added anything. Is there a fix or is it fried?
