D Dawn New member Oct 11, 2011 #1 My boyfriends phone froze up on the welcome screen when he tried to turn it back on. he removed the battery and made sure it was charged. but when he put the battery back in, it froze again. Has this happen to anyone else? If so how did you fix it?
