How to fix error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): Unknown error?

Idk what it is, but it's on all my Internet browsers (chrome and explorer) and I have a great connection and it even shows I'm connected but the error comes up after I'm using the interent after like 5 secs even though I'm still connected. And I posted this through my itouch not my computer obviously
