How to fix/cover up a very small rust spot on a car?

my mom bought me a 2001 honda civic (i'm 15) and it has 2 VERY small rust spots in 2 places (about the size of a tip of a pen you write with).
i was wondering what i can do to stop the rust now before it gets bigger and badder? hahaha thanks!
