How to fix Buick supercharger..?

93' Buick Park Avenue...I think the supercharger belt came out of place, but the car is still able to move. I think it is causing my coolant tank to overlfow..does the belt affect the pumping of coolant to the engine? How can i put the belt bac on myself..it belt it not snapped, it seems to ripped on the sides..Thanks!
