How to fix a standard 2000 Ford Mustang?

My mustang drove perfect to my destination but once I was ready to go it didn't want to turn on it cranks but it doesn't kick over to start, tried to pop the clutch but instead of going forward and starting it, the brakes locked, lights work brake lights work radio works everything works just does not want to turn on.
 
2000's In My Experiences Are Notorious For Bad Fuel Pumps, I Had A 2000 GT And Had To Replace my pump last year at 35,000 Miles
