How to fix a floating gas gauge/needle on a 1995 Toyota Camry?

It's driving me crazy because it won't keep still, I'm scare to jump in my car to go somewhere because it keep floating back and forth to the E and the middle before the first hair, and my gas light keeps popping on, please help me.
