how to fix a 2000 cadillac deville six cylinder?

you need to be a little more detailed in your question . if your are asking about how to rebuild the engine or replace the engine?
 
engine cylinders are hard to do. first remove the oil and coolant. then remove the oil pan, and the valve covers, and valve heads. then remove all the bolts that hold the crack shaft and remove it(it may require you to remove the tranny). take the old piston out and replace it with new rings.put it all back together. you should probably to all the cylinders if you know what your doing thou, if you do not get it done professionally
