Okay, I was recharging my 75 ford f100's air conditioning unit when It would not take a charge. when I hooked up the hose to the schrader valve under the blue cover, it would not go into the system. I removed the schrader valve and found there was nothing wrong with it. also, I found a square stub underneath a screw-on cover next to the schrader valve. does this have anything to do with it? what can i do to make this damn thing work?
