are u talking bout the minnows being feeder fish for your big fish? if so..
just drop the minnows in the tank and the big fish will put them in there mouths whole and if you have fish like Oscars and other american cichlids they have a grinding plate in there throat which they use to like "chew" them so they are swallowable
