How to finish school work faster?

I always end up being, like, the only person with homework because I don't finish schoolwork! I mainly only get seven hours of sleep every night, if I'm lucky. Sometimes I get six, or even five if I can't fall asleep fast! This has caused so much stress in my life. It makes me want to drop out sometimes (of course I won't) also if you have any ways to make school less boring please tell me and don't make it involve friends because we rarely get to talk to our friends without being yelled at. Only at breaks and P.E and stuff
