How to find deleted internet history?

The interenet history has been deleted from my laptop (Windows Vista) from this morning, and I was wondering if there is a way I can restore it or access it?
 
go run and type %temp% and enter

then delete tha laa files in temp folder and near is history folder......

2nd ways is open internet xplorer and go the tools menu and select the open options. now u clear the aal history and cookies

3rd way is open xplorer and press the Ctrl+h

now open winodw in left side. slect the history and delete.

now ur internet history is cleared.
